DORST TPA 450

The DORST TPA 450 is a powerful used mechanical powder compaction press capable of delivering a maximum pressing force of 4500 kN. This press is designed to handle heavy-duty operations with a withdrawal force of 2500 kN and a die return force of up to 1000 kN. It supports an upper punch stroke of 220 mm, with an adjusting travel of 200 mm, providing versatility in compaction processes. The press operates at a range of 5 to 18 strokes per minute, ensuring efficient productivity. This machine can accommodate a maximum filling height of 180 mm and has a maximum pressing travel and withdrawal travel of 90 mm each. The DORST TPA 450 features a top pressing travel that reaches up to 18 mm and an upper punch pneumatic preload of up to 60 mm. For its operation, the press requires a compressed air supply of approximately 140 l/min and a total connected load of 60.0 kW.

The press is equipped with n°03 die set ,two are 3+3 multilevel and one is standard single level .

Pick-up device is included on the press . The press is substantial in size, with dimensions measuring approximately 3250 mm in width, 3500 mm in depth, and 6900 mm in height, and weighs around 34,900 kg. The press is equipped with a sound level of 78 dB(A) ensuring a controlled work environment. It has a press housing capacity of 260 liters for gear oil, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
